Premises and club licences
A premises licence or club premises certificate is required to carry out licensable activities (such as selling alcohol, or providing entertainment), or in the case of members clubs, club qualifying activities from the premises.
A premise can be any place including a:
- building
- a moveable structure
- an open space
- a vehicle or vessel

- Notification of change of details or club rules: fee £10:50
- Apply for a minor variation to a premises or club licence: fee £89
- Make annual payment for a club licence: the fee will be based on the information you give in your application.

- Apply to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as designated premises supervisor: fee £23
- Request to be removed as designated premises supervisor: no fees apply
- Apply to transfer a premises licence: fee £23
- Apply for a minor variation to a premises or club licence: fee £89
- Apply for a consent to transfer: fee £10.50
- Notify us of an interest in premises: fee £21
- Apply for a consent to transfer: the fee will be based on the information you give in your application
- Consent to be designated: the fee will be based on the information you give in your application
