Free electric blankets

We are running a scheme to provide free electric blankets to help with your wellbeing this winter.

To apply for the scheme, you must:

• have received a letter inviting you to participate in the scheme
• be of pension age
• be claiming either Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support
• not qualify for the Winter Fuel Payment this winter

Along with claiming your blanket, we encourage you to apply for a financial support referral, which will enable you to maxisimise your income. This is a free service to help you reduce household expenses, check benefit entitlements, and access other financial support.
