Springstead Village is a new neighbourhood located in the north-east corner of Cambridge. It will provide around 1,200 new homes, forming part of the adopted Cambridge East Area Action Plan, alongside neighbouring developments such as Marleigh (formerly Land North of Newmarket Road) and the Marshalls ground run enclosure.
