- To build a new Cambridge Airbase for East Anglian Air Ambulance including a hangar, garage, crew facilities, offices, training facilities, FATO area (final approach and take off) and sleeping accommodation at New Shardelowes Farm, Balsham Road, Fulbourn.

- To change the use of the land North East of Longacre, Meadow Road, Willingham to use as a residential caravan site with one pitch with two mobile homes and two touring caravans.
